Kaohsiung's Zuo Ying Wen Wu Sheng Temple and the International Lions Club District 300E-3, Kaohsiung Love and Charity Lions Club, joined forces today (10th) on the special day of the birthday of Guan Sheng Di Jun to host a charity event called "Caring for the Afflicted: Helping the Weak and Needy."
