In response to the corporate subsidy policy, hundreds of companies formed a digital transformation alliance

The heads of various ministries will make a joint appearance in support of a significant leap in digital transformation. On the 14th of this month, the Association for Vocational Education and Training Innovation and Development in China (AVEC) initiated the "Hundred Brands Respond Together: Practicing ESG through Digital Transformation Exchange Seminar." The seminar focuses on promoting and assisting in the implementation of the Ministry of Labor's "Enterprise Workforce Enhancement Program." It aims to respond to national policies by carrying out digital transformation and offering ESG-related courses. The event saw the attendance of Deputy Premier Cheng Wen-tsang of the Executive Yuan, Director Lu Cheng-hua of the Digital Industry Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Deputy Director Liu Yu-yi of the Taoyuan-Chu-Miaoli Division, and Director Liu Hsien-chiao of the Technology and Digital Application Committee of the Chinese National General Chamber of Commerce, among other officials. Representatives from various sectors were also invited to discuss and promote government subsidy programs to over a hundred companies, sign contracts, and form a digital transformation alliance to enhance the application of digital transformation in Taiwanese enterprises.

Given that some businesses AVEC supports may lack sufficient budget for purchasing digital tools due to the recent economic impact of the pandemic, "Together Sustainable Technology Co., Ltd." (JOIN IT) has stepped in to mobilize corporate resources. After AVEC assists companies with training, JOIN IT will provide free resources, including POS machines from Hongyi International, JOIN IT's "JSC Digital Social Card," and "JOIN IT Platform Mall," to help companies align with the learned courses, enhancing their digital capabilities and fostering proper ESG concepts.

The seminar featured heavyweight representatives from various sectors. The first session began with a keynote speech by Lu Cheng-hua, Director of the Digital Industry Bureau of the Executive Yuan, on the "Importance of Digital Transformation in Business Application," setting the core theme for the seminar. The second session was led by Professor Fan Chien-te of the Institute of Technology Law at National Tsing Hua University and the Director of the Blockchain Policy and Legal Center. He shared insights on "Discussion of the Application of Digital Tools in Digital Transformation: Using Web3.0 to Drive the Net Zero Vision for Micro-Mobility" by exploring the practical applications of digital transformation.

Forum 1, titled "The Importance of Digital Transformation for Industries," was moderated by Wang Hsiao-mei, the founder of IPCP Cultivation and Matching Platform. It pointed out the key to the growth of businesses in the face of the economic impact after the pandemic is the application of digital transformation. Representatives from various industries, including ESG: President Chan Ju-hui of Footprint Garden, shared how to use digital operations, product services, and charity to achieve a win-win cycle; catering industry: President Lee Jih-dong of the Taiwan Catering Industry Alliance, discussed leading the catering industry into the digital wave; tourism industry: President Huang Cheng-tsung of the Central Taiwan Tourism Industry Alliance, explained how to use a digital integration platform to drive domestic tourism recovery; travel industry: President Lu Chung-hao of the Taoyuan Travel Business Industry Association, discussed the digital transformation situation facing the travel industry. These discussions were followed by an analysis of the innovation and cross-domain integration issues of industrial digital transformation by Professor Weng Shao-jen, Dean of the College of Cross-Disciplinary Innovation at Tunghai University and Secretary-General/CEO of the Medical System Alliance.

Forum 2, titled "How to Improve Industry Efficiency Through Digital Tools," was moderated by Professor Sun Chih-hua, the dean of the Strategic Thinking Business School. It addressed the pain points of using digital tools. Professor Sun pointed out that large international enterprises already possess mature digital and intelligent mass production and quality control capabilities. In contrast, small and medium-sized enterprises struggle due to the lack of budget after the economic impact of the pandemic, the difficulty of tool operation, and the uncertainty of where to start planning. Industry representatives discussed issues related to the application of digital tools. Representatives included: Lingzhi Technology Chairman Lin Chi-tsai, who discussed the use of digital tickets for integration; Ark Intelligence CEO Lin Chun-hung, Founder/CEO of Sensing Technology Wang Yu-kwang, and Chairman of Zai Travel Software Development Chai Hung-feng, who explored the application of digital tools, the bottlenecks encountered by industries, and how to achieve integration and simplification; and Good Brand Things Director Cai Wen-chi, who expressed the practical application of online data tracking. Through mutual exchange among industry representatives, Professor Sun also summarized classic examples of digital transformation, stirring up rich and interesting industrial topics.

In addition to inviting representatives from relevant ministries, industry associations, and well-known companies to hold lectures and forums on digital transformation, the event also featured the signing of a joint digital transformation alliance by "Together Sustainable Technology Co., Ltd." (JOIN IT) and over a hundred enterprises. In the past, companies often reflected that, due to the economic impact of recent years and the pandemic, they lacked the budget to purchase digital transformation tools after completing educational training programs. To prevent learning from becoming futile for these companies, "Together Sustainable Technology" has generously offered one year of free digital software or free hardware equipment to companies that have completed post-training evaluations according to the TTQS talent development quality management system. This includes POS machines from Hongyi International, electronic "JSC Digital Social Cards" from "Together Sustainable Technology," and access to the "JOIN IT Platform Mall." These resources help companies apply what they've learned in courses, create production and efficiency through digital tools, effectively implement digital transformation, and respond to the government's policy of digital transformation.

This seminar invited heads of relevant ministries, representatives from various industry associations, and well-known business representatives to hold lectures and forums on digital transformation, maximizing the linkage of government subsidy policies and digital integration platforms. With the participation of over a hundred enterprise brands, the event sincerely invited major media to join in this grand occasion.
