This table tennis class brought us a brand-new challenge - serving training for forehand and backhand shots. Not only did we practice the techniques of serving, but we also aimed to precisely land the ball in designated areas. Although such practice might seem simple, it is the key to improving technical precision.

However, our table tennis coach cleverly turned this training into something very enjoyable. He introduced stacking cups, transforming the training into a fun competition. We were divided into teams, and each team had to try their best to hit the designated area on the stacked cups. This competition not only added a friendly rivalry but also made us more focused on the practice, striving to unleash our potential.

This training made us deeply realize the importance of accurate serving in a competition. At the same time, we learned how to stay calm under pressure and focus on our goals. It's a valuable exercise that is not only useful on the table tennis court but also inspiring in everyday life.

Most importantly, this class helped us understand that learning can be fun. Through games and competitions, we not only improved our skills but also built deeper friendships.
