JOIN IT Honored for Promoting Employee Health and Leading Corporate Sports Instructor Program

November 14, 2023 - The Ministry of Education's Sports Administration held a ceremony at the Taipei Shangri-La Hotel to honor companies that have actively participated in the "Corporate Employment of Sports Instructors Program." JOIN IT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JOIN IT") was awarded a plaque of appreciation for its outstanding contributions to the promotion of the program.

In his speech, Sports Administration Deputy Director-General Fang Ruiwen pointed out that the "Corporate Employment of Sports Instructors Program" aims to encourage companies to provide professional sports guidance to their employees in order to promote employee health and increase participation in sports. Since the program was implemented in 2018, over 2,000 companies have participated, hiring over 600 professional sports instructors.

JOIN IT, as a technology company committed to sustainability, has been promoting employee health promotion activities for many years. Since participating in the program in 2023, the company has hired full-time fitness trainers with over 10 years of experience to provide a variety of group fitness classes, including bodyweight training, strength aerobics, and TRX. In addition, it has also held JOIN IT bowling team competitions, Lotte baseball watching events, professional table tennis and fitness instruction, and badminton tournaments to encourage employees to develop exercise habits and enjoy the fun of teamwork and competition.

JOIN IT Chairman Hsueh Wei-li shared his thoughts when receiving the award: "JOIN IT is honored to receive this honor from the Ministry of Education's Sports Administration. Through the Corporate Employment of Sports Instructors Program, we have not only increased our colleagues' interest and awareness of exercise and fitness, but also raised employees' awareness of the importance of workplace health. We will continue to promote employee health and thank the Sports Administration for providing such a platform."
