JOIN IT Hundreds of companies in the alliance respond to the government’s digital transformation plan to create an ESG cycle for the better
JOIN IT uses digital transformation and innovative technology to create an ESG cycle for the better together◆
JOIN IT, as a privately-initiated digital transformation alliance company, has been innovating digital tools and technology research and development for many years. Xue Weili, chairman of JOIN Sustainability Technology, said: "In view of the fact that AVEC is coaching companies in the process of digital transformation, most companies often face training The main reason for the failure of learning in recent years is that due to the impact of the epidemic in recent years, there is not enough budget to purchase digital tools, resulting in the government’s good intentions and ineffective results. JOIN IT hereby invites resources from major enterprises to provide JOIN IT’s “JSC Digital Social Card” for free ” and then promoted the paperless ESG carbon reduction process and digital tool resources such as the “JOIN IT Platform Mall” to help companies embrace digital transformation and then exert their influence. More than a hundred companies have responded to joint signings to help companies embrace digital transformation. "
◆ Government Leads, Private Enterprises Respond: Building an ESG Environmentally Friendly Digital Transformation Ecosystem ◆
Recognizing the importance of collectively responding to the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) environmentally friendly digital transformation business model, JOIN IT, in collaboration with the Association for Vocational Training and Educational Innovation Development (AVEC), initiated the "Hundred Brands Respond: Practicing ESG through Digital Transformation Forum." The forum aims to promote and assist in the application of the Ministry of Labor's "Enterprise Workforce Enhancement Program," carrying out digital transformation and ESG-related courses in line with national policies. The event featured the presence of Director Lu Zhenghua of the Digital Industry Bureau under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Deputy Director Liu Yuyi of the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli Division of the Ministry of Labor's Labor Development Bureau, and Chairman Liu Xianjue of the Technology and Digital Application Committee of the National Business Association, among other officials. Representatives from various sectors in the industry, government, and academia were also invited to discuss and promote government subsidy programs to over a hundred enterprises.
During the forum, an alliance for digital transformation was formed, bringing together industry representatives, JOIN IT, AVEC, and a hundred enterprises to sign a collaboration agreement. This initiative aims to enhance the application strength of digital transformation for Taiwanese enterprises. Blueseeds, an ESG advocacy group present at the forum, emphasized the significance of digital transformation for ESG corporate responsibility. Blueseeds operates in five dimensions: operational activities, products, services, and charitable contributions. This aligns seamlessly with the ESG corporate philosophy of JOIN IT, a company dedicated to long-term innovation in digital tools and technology development. CEO Chan Ju-hui pointed out, "Our ESG concept is to assist companies in implementing CSR/ESG, showing concern for the land, environment, small farmers, and social enterprises in Taiwan. We plan to adopt one acre of herb field, which aligns well with the Ministry of Labor's promotion of the 'Enterprise Workforce Enhancement Program' and AVEC's assistance in guiding companies through the subsidy application process." This approach aims to enhance corporate digital capabilities and promote correct ESG concepts, fostering a positive cycle of mutual benefit.
