International Youth Chamber of Commerce World Congress Preparatory Committee Chairman Chen Jia-Jun, who delivered a speech on behalf of Deputy Premier of the Executive Yuan Wen-Tsan Cheng, mentioned that digital transformation and cases of corporate digitalization are key government priorities. He expressed gratitude to AVEC for its long-term efforts in organizing programs for the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor and praised JOIN IT for taking the initiative to establish a digital transformation alliance, assisting and guiding enterprises in their digital transformation cases, and becoming a model for industrial digitization.

Lu Zheng-Hua, Director-General of the Digital Industry Bureau of the Executive Yuan's Digital Development Department, emphasized the importance of business digital transformation in his speech on "The Importance of Business Digital Transformation Applications." He highlighted the government's active role in recognizing the significance of digital transformation, particularly in the collaboration with JOIN IT during the "Web 3.0 Digital Transformation Ecosystem Integration Forum" held just three days after the establishment of the Digital Industry Bureau in August 2022. He commended JOIN IT for its voluntary response from the private sector, bringing together hundreds of enterprises and creating tangible achievements in corporate digital transformation cases.
