Riding the waves of AI-driven digital transformation has already set the stage on fire. Instead of facing anxiety about digital transformation, it's more beneficial to actively participate and respond. The Association for Vocational Training and Educational Innovation Development (AVEC) initiated the "Hundred Brands Respond: Practicing ESG through Digital Transformation Forum" on the 14th. This event focuses on promoting and assisting in the application of the Ministry of Labor's "Enterprise Workforce Enhancement Program" and implementing digital transformation and ESG-related courses in response to national policies.
The forum featured the participation of officials such as Lu Zhenghua, Director of the Digital Industry Bureau at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Liu Yuyi, Deputy Director of the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli Division of the Ministry of Labor's Labor Development Bureau, and Liu Xianjue, Chairman of the Technology and Digital Application Committee of the National Business Association. Representatives from various sectors in industry, government, and academia were also invited for discussions to promote government subsidy programs to over a hundred enterprises. During the forum, an alliance for digital transformation was established, signing agreements to enhance the application strength of digital transformation for Taiwanese enterprises.
Chen Jiajun, Director of the Preparatory Committee for the International Junior Chamber World Congress, expressed gratitude for AVEC's long-term organization of relevant enterprise subsidy programs under the Ministry of Labor's Labor Development Bureau. He commended the proactive initiative of JOIN IT in launching the Digital Transformation Alliance, establishing a model for industrial digitization, and offered support and encouragement.
Liu Zhenghua, Director of the Digital Industry Bureau at the Executive Yuan's Digital Development Department, mentioned the government's emphasis on enterprise digital transformation. He appreciated AVEC's long-term efforts in organizing enterprise subsidy programs. He highlighted the importance of digital transformation and acknowledged the Digital Transformation Alliance initiated by JOIN IT, seeing it as a positive start. He emphasized that it would effectively address international digital competitiveness, especially with the recognition and follow-up of JOIN IT's DID blockchain decentralized shared membership technology by hundreds of enterprises.
JOIN IT Chairman, Xue Weili, pointed out that many enterprises commonly face post-training learning gaps during AVEC's counseling process. The main reason behind this is often the impact of the recent pandemic. Due to budget constraints, companies are unable to purchase digital tools, leading to the government's well-intentioned efforts falling short. In response to this, JOIN IT invites major corporate resources to provide free resources such as Hongyi International's POS machines, JOIN IT's "JSC Digital Social Card," and "JOIN IT Platform Mall" after AVEC assists in corporate training. This aims to help companies align with what they've learned in the courses, enhancing their digital capabilities and promoting correct ESG concepts. During this forum, JOIN IT collaborates with Hongyi International, People & Technology, Wise, Blueseeds, Richcode Technology, and Good Brand Affairs to co-organize the event, offering digital software and hardware tools to increase substantial support for companies and achieve cross-domain, cross-industry, and cross-departmental resource integration.
In addition to inviting discussions with industry, government, academia, and research figures, enterprises have commonly expressed concerns about budget constraints for purchasing digital transformation tools post-training due to the economic impact of recent pandemic situations. To prevent post-training learning gaps for enterprises that have completed post-training evaluations in accordance with the TTQS talent development quality management system specifications, JOIN IT provides one year of free digital software usage or free hardware equipment. This includes Hongyi International's POS machines, JOIN IT's electronic "JSC Digital Social Card," and "JOIN IT Platform Mall," among other digital tool resources. This initiative aims to assist companies in applying what they've learned in the courses, utilizing digital tools to enhance production and efficiency, and effectively implementing digital transformation applications in response to the government's digital transformation policy, ensuring tangible benefits for companies undergoing digital transformation guidance.
