On November 9, 2022, the 2022 Chinese Public Welfare Festival and the Fifth Chinese Public Welfare Gold Transmission Award ceremony were held under the guidance of the Industrial Development Bureau of the Taipei City Government. Former Vice President Wu Den-yih also attended the event to present the Gold Transmission Award to selected public welfare enterprises, encouraging entrepreneurs who persist in contributing to society despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.
The awarded enterprise, Join In Management Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Join In"), led by Chairman Xue Weili, has consistently upheld the spirit of taking from society and giving back to society since its establishment. Actively engaging in public welfare and fulfilling corporate social responsibility, Chairman Xue Weili continued to promote public welfare efforts vigorously. During the pandemic, in addition to donating funds and supplies, providing protective isolation clothing and sun protection sleeves to firefighters, police, and medical personnel, Join In also raised over 1,200 boxes of vegetable crates for the Genesis Social Welfare Foundation's branches nationwide, providing essential supplies and funeral expenses for economically disadvantaged families. This award is well-deserved recognition for their efforts.
Chairman Xue Weili of Join In expressed gratitude, stating, "Thank you to the judging committee for their recognition, and thanks to all the partners who have been willing to work together with us for public welfare. This honor will be the greatest driving force for our company's progress. In recent years, due to the impact of the pandemic on the overall economic environment, it has been tough for startups. However, I firmly believe that ESG and CSR are not something to start when a company has grown in scale; they should be implemented step by step from the beginning of entrepreneurship. Investing in public welfare helps one understand that only by growing and strengthening the company can it assume more social responsibility. Leading by example, we can inspire more people to contribute and give back to society together."

Speaking of public welfare and sustainability, Taiwan possesses rich grassroots energy and unquestionably has the capability to participate internationally. Therefore, Chairman Xue Weili announced on the 28th of this month that Join In will officially sign a contract with the Taiwan-Leihanler World Citizen Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Taiwan Center"), located at the Turkey-Syria border and highly regarded by international organizations. In the future, in addition to assisting refugees residing at the Taiwan Center in developing basic education, women's vocational training, water resources, and renewable energy, Join In has also obtained exclusive authorization to issue NFTs for the Taiwan Center.
This initiative aims to leverage the popularity of current technology platforms and combine them with public welfare. On the said date, a commemorative NFT will be given to each participant. Through blockchain-related technology, it will transparently record the Taiwan Center's utilization of funds for project execution. By using digital tools and the power of communities, this effort intends to make Taiwan more visible internationally and foster greater awareness of Taiwan.

Taiwan Center CEO Qiu Zhenyu expressed congratulations to Join In for receiving the Chinese Philanthropy Enterprise Gold Transmission Award. He also thanked Chairman Xue Weili for immediately proposing a plan to align ESG with international standards through digital charity methods upon understanding the situation of the Taiwan Center. In the past, the organization faced challenges in connecting with international platforms and lacked resources. Additionally, Taiwan found it challenging to directly participate in frontline humanitarian efforts internationally. However, through collaboration with Join In this time, the Taiwan Center is confident that "through the global issuance of NFTs by the Taiwan Center, humanitarianism will have the opportunity to transcend national boundaries."
