The digital transformation is making great strides, with hundreds of enterprises coming together for greater strength. The Association for Vocational Training and Innovative Development (AVEC) and JOIN IT sustainable technology Co., Ltd., held the "Hundred Brands Respond: Applying Digital Transformation to Practice ESG Seminar" today (14). In addition to promoting and assisting in the implementation of the "Enterprise Manpower Development Program" by the Ministry of Labor's Labor Development Bureau, they also invited co-organizing companies such as Hongyi Technology, Easytech, Lingzhi Technology, Good Brand Things, and Futongyuan to provide various free software and hardware resources, sparking enthusiastic participation from hundreds of enterprises at the event.

In this event, JOIN IT, along with Easytech, Lingzhi Technology, IPC Incubation Platform, Jue Xin Camp, Good Brand Things, Futongyuan, Central Taiwan Tourism Industry Alliance, World Chinese Business and Economic Trade Joint Association Japan Branch, and the Taiwan Catering Industry Association, signed on behalf of many companies to showcase digital transformation cases. As a privately initiated alliance for digital transformation, it aims to provide digital transformation solutions for Taiwan's small and medium-sized enterprises by offering digital transformation resources. Over a hundred enterprises have responded by signing up for the alliance.

International Youth Chamber of Commerce World Congress Preparatory Committee Chairman Chen Jiajun, delivering a speech on behalf of Vice Premier Zheng Wencan, stated, "Enterprise digital transformation is a topic that the government values. Even though Vice Premier Zheng is busy with official duties, he conveys his gratitude here. He appreciates AVEC's long-term organization of relevant corporate subsidy programs by the Ministry of Labor's Labor Development Bureau. JOIN IT, actively initiating the Digital Transformation Alliance, has become a model for industry digitization through corporate digital transformation cases. I express my support and encouragement here."

Lu Zhenghua, Director of the Digital Industry Division of the Executive Yuan's Department of Digital Development, also emphasized the importance of "digital transformation application for businesses" in his speech. He stated, "From my previous position at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, facing various industries, to the establishment of the Department of Digital Development just three days after its founding in August of last year, where I participated in the 'Web 3.0 Digital Transformation Ecosystem Integration Exchange Meeting' organized by JOIN IT. The government attaches great importance to digital transformation, especially in response to JOIN IT's initiative, connecting hundreds of companies' digital transformation cases. The creation of the Digital Transformation Alliance is a proactive start, effectively addressing international digital competitiveness."

JOIN IT Chairman Xue Weili stated, "Recognizing that many enterprises often face the situation of learning falling short after training in the process of AVEC's guidance to companies, the main reason is the impact of the epidemic in recent years. Due to insufficient budget for purchasing digital tools, the intended benefits of the government are not realized."

JOIN IT is actively collecting corporate digital transformation cases and resources. After AVEC assists companies in post-training, JOIN IT will provide free digital tools such as POS machines from Hongyi International and JOIN IT's "JSC Digital Social Card" and "JOIN IT Platform Mall" to help companies align with what they have learned in the courses. The aim is to enhance companies' digital capabilities and correct ESG concepts. In this symposium, JOIN IT collaborates with Hongyi International, PeopleEasy Technology, Lingzhi Technology, Futon Garden, FuCode Technology, Good Brand Affairs, Central Taiwan Tourism Industry Alliance, IPCP Incubation Matchmaking Platform, Taiwan Catering Industry Alliance, and Jue Xin Ying Co., Ltd. to co-organize the Digital Transformation Alliance. The alliance has received responses from more than a hundred companies. The goal is to provide digital software and hardware tools during the event to increase substantial support for the digital transformation of Taiwan's industries."

The symposium, focusing on corporate digital transformation cases, is combined with the Ministry of Labor's "Enterprise Manpower Development Plan." Deputy Director Liu Yuyi of the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli Branch of the Ministry of Labor's Labor Development Bureau, and Liu Xianjue, Director of the Technology and Digital Application Committee of the National Business General Association of the Republic of China, also attended to show their support. AVEC and JOIN IT jointly organized and initiated the Digital Transformation Alliance. The event aims to collect a wealth of digital tools from cooperating companies to provide practical operational resources for hundreds of companies for digital transformation.
