The application of blockchain technology continues to make breakthroughs, with recent developments in response to the economic revitalization policies announced by the Executive Yuan on the 12th of this month. On the 15th, the Join it & Datavan Metaverse Business Application Center was officially established through a collaboration between In Join it Sustainable Technology (Join it) and Hongyi International (3521) Datavan. The event included a signing ceremony with sports underwear brand S'dare, and representatives from Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, expressed their intentions to adopt blockchain technology for expanding bilateral exchanges between Taiwan and Japan.
Hubei, Deputy Director of the Digital Development Department's Digital Industry Bureau, stated that besides developing Taiwan's Cloud Market TCloud to assist small and medium enterprises in digital transformation, the bureau also hopes that the Metaverse Business Application Center, through the promotion of innovative technology platforms, will assist Taiwanese businesses in using digital technology to revitalize digital activities, thereby driving comprehensive digital transformation. Zhang Ruixiong, CEO of 1111 Job Bank, expressed great anticipation for the business opportunities in Metaverse applications. He envisions using limitless imagination to promote Taiwanese products globally.
As Taiwan's borders open, the team from Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, commended the innovative approach of collaborating with DID (Decentralized Identity) members' technology. This approach is expected to facilitate rapid connections between the two regions' businesses and their member benefits, ensuring both safety and verification mechanisms through blockchain technology. Feng Yankuo, Municipal Government Adviser of Toyomae City, recommended the team to visit the Metaverse Business Application Center on the 21st, deepening Taiwan-Japan tourism exchanges and implementing the Executive Yuan's economic revitalization policies to optimize the Taiwan-Japan tourism industry, economic benefits, and expand employment opportunities.
Xue Weili, Chairman of In Join it Sustainable Technology, emphasized that the foundation of NFT lies in trust. The company, rooted in industry, bridges the gap between technology and business through open transparency and charitable initiatives. In addition to applying critical blockchain technology, the collaboration with the major POS machine manufacturer, Hongyi, integrates years of POS machine physical equipment, research and development, and sales experience. This integration creates a seamless online connection and verification, along with practical cases of offline equipment operation. It is expected to lead the application of blockchain technology in Taiwan and contribute to industrial digital transformation, economic development, and the revitalization of the economy. The initiative aims to assist various enterprises in achieving the transition to Web3 development across multiple dimensions.
Sharing insights, industry representatives highlighted that the Metaverse Business Center continues to develop various commercial topics. Through the tamper-proof technology of blockchain, rapid customer verification ensures not only the benefits of linking various brand member discounts but also significantly reduces the risk of personal information leakage. This emphasizes the realization of a secure and trustworthy philosophy, enabling the sharing of members and points between brands. Currently, there are collaborations with over 200 well-known brand members offering benefits. Business applications related to this initiative will continue to flourish.
